DeCarlo (1919-2001) is best known as the Archie comics artist and the man who created every adolescent American boy's fantasy girls, Betty and Veronica, with their upturned noses, tight sweaters, and short skirts. Before his work for Archie, however, DeCarlo created cartoons for men’s magazines featuring girls in lingerie--and sometimes less--who often bore an uncanny resemblance to his more famous Riverdale girls. This collects over 200 of those sexy pin-ups, created between 1956 and 1963 for the Humorama line of girlie digests. As an added bonus, many of the gags were written by Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee.
