A wonderfully varied collection of rare work by illustrators taken from magazines and books published prior to 1923 and often never collected. The artists will be familiar, but the rare images are culled from obscure sources. This special issue is guest-curated by Disney animator Susan Goldberg and many of the pieces reproduced are from original art in her fabulous collection. The reproduction and quality here is astonishing. One of the best issues yet!
