Stevens (1955-2008) was a brilliant American illustrator and comics artist famed for his creation of The Rocketeer, and the revival of Bettie Page-influenced pin-up art. The 2003 sketchbook with Black Widow on the cover, also features a Bettie Page sketch, a Suzie Wong, a Clint Eastwood, and some Star Wars sketches. The 2004 sketchbook features a Marilyn, a Hellboy, Jade, a presentation board of Raiders and Jack Kirby's birthday sketch. The 2005 sketchbook has his Michael Jordan Wheaties ad, Elvira cover art, a great Larry Vincent drawing, and all with much more. A great collection of character studies and finished drawings in pencil and pen & ink from this fantastic award-winning innovator and artist. Signed by the artist. Set also available unsigned!
