A nice look at back when music journalism wasn't afraid to offend anyone! There's kind of a gap between the 70s KISS, New York Dolls, Aerosmith and the mid 80s the Police, Bruce Springsteen ect but it's still a good look at when beer & reefer were the main currency of the rock world. Includes THAT controversial pic of KISS without their makeup back when that was rarer than gold. My only complaint? More Alice Cooper & where's Lester Bangs??!!! There's already a bunch about Alice here but you can always do with more. A good read tho.
