DO NOT send email with your credit card number displayed, as emails can be intercepted over the Internet. If you order using our website, it is industry standard secure. See our Credit Card security on our Privacy Policy page. Returns & Exchanges If you are in any way unhappy with your item, you can return it for full credit or refund. Please contact customer service from 8:30AM to 5:00PM pacific time, Monday-Friday, within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return credit or refund. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the mail. Merchandise Credits / Certificates For every $100 (per order) of in stock merchandise we ship (after subtracting discounts and credits), you get a $10 Merchandise Credit, $200 gets you $20, etc. You can use your Certificate online by entering it in the Certificate box during checkout, or mail it in with your next order, or call and use it over the phone!
